Today is the fifth year anniversary of Amy Nichols Special Events! It is hard to believe that it has been five years already! The success of my company would not be possible without the endless support of my friends and family, and of course the amazing couples I have had the pleasure of working with. I am so very thankful too to my industry colleagues, friends in the media, and everyone who has helped me (often without even knowing it) over the past several years. In addition, I am incredibly grateful for the various coordinators and assistants who have worked with me — and especially my current “team” — Erin, Janice, Cindy and our newest team member, Susan.
I have really enjoyed blogging over the past several months, and am thankful to those of you who read my blog and hope you have fun reading it too. I am feeling a bit behind with blogging this week, but have an exciting reason — my family welcomed our latest addition, my nephew Ben on Monday. I have loved being an aunt to his big sister Maddie for the past four years, and she may be a little wedding planner in the making. The other night she asked me to read her wedding magazines for her bedtime stories (she loves flipping through them already – no joke!).
I’m looking forward to the next five years, and many exciting things on the horizon!
